Digital Media Organization, GoELizabethNJ, Features A Tommy's Pizza Story!

Tommy's Pizzeria & Restaurant has been family owned and operated since 1981. We're an old school Italian kitchen with recipes that date back over 100 years to our grandparents in Vallata.  Since the birth of the computer in the 20th century up to the current social media mobile age, Tommy's has remained a simple brick and mortar family style pizza parlor with no fancy flair and especially without any presence on the world wide web. 
Recently we started a Facebook and Twitter account to try and create a digital footprint for the first time so that people can at least see our phone number and menu. We still haven't advanced into creating a web page aside from a simple blog that we created so that people can at least get directions to our establishment. 
So back to our story,........last week a family that was visiting New Jersey for the first time, took a long flight from Texas, landed in Newark airport and were out to find something to eat! 
After doing a search on social media, Karla and her two sons, Ethan & Carlos, found Tommy's Pizza on Fairmount Ave!  Maybe this social media stuff might work we thought? 
The following morning, Karla left a beautiful review of their visit at Tommy's and recommended our restaurant to others! 
We appreciated her kind words so much that we told the story on our blog to let all our followers know! 
Turns out that GoELizabethNJ, a digital media marketing organization, that specializes on tourism in the Elizabeth area picked up our story and featured it on the GoELizabethNJ.com website! 
Last night Karla and her boys were ready to return to Texas and before heading to Newark Airport they made their way back Tommy's for their farewell dinner! (below are photos of Karla, Ethan and Carlos at Tommy's)
